Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last updated: January 1, 2026

RENEWL Longevity (“RENEWL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and health-related information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through our website and services, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

RENEWL Longevity is a direct-pay wellness and longevity practice. Because we do not bill health insurance electronically, we may not be a “covered entity” as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Regardless of that status, we voluntarily apply privacy and security safeguards aligned with HIPAA principles, and we handle your health-related information as confidential.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to information we collect through renewllongevity.com, our online booking system (book.renewllongevity.com), our contact and assessment forms, and other digital services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms we link to, which have their own privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

Information collected automatically

Some of the information above — particularly health-related notes, the services you inquire about, and intake details — may reveal information about your health. We treat this as sensitive and confidential.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including third-party analytics and advertising tools (which may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta/Facebook Pixel), to understand how visitors use our site, measure the performance of our content, and support our marketing. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, and pages you visit, and may set cookies on your device.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our “Your Privacy Choices” preferences, and can opt out of certain analytics and advertising:

We take care not to allow third-party marketing or analytics trackers to capture the health-related details you submit through our booking or intake forms. We do not sell your health information.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal or health information. We share information only as described here:

6. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (our site is served over HTTPS), access controls, and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive health details through unsecured channels such as ordinary email or social media messages.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal and health-related information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain patient records, and meet our legal, tax, and professional recordkeeping obligations, after which we take steps to securely delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain uses (including targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of states with applicable privacy laws — which may include Texas, Florida, and others where we offer services — may have additional rights.

You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to text messages, or contacting us. To make a privacy request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will verify your request as required by law before acting on it.

9. Health Information and HIPAA

As noted above, RENEWL is a direct-pay practice and may not be a HIPAA “covered entity.” Even so, we treat your health-related information as confidential and apply HIPAA-aligned safeguards. If our status changes — for example, if we begin billing insurance electronically — we will provide a separate Notice of Privacy Practices describing your HIPAA rights, and that notice will govern our handling of protected health information. Certain health information we hold may also be protected under the Federal Trade Commission’s Health Breach Notification Rule and applicable state health-privacy laws.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to third-party websites, social media, and platforms (including our booking system and payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
