Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule, what can and cannot be refunded, and how refunds are issued at RENEWL Longevity. It applies to appointments, memberships, programs, packages, lab testing, prescriptions and products purchased from RENEWL Longevity, LLC.

In short: give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Prescriptions cannot be refunded. Services already provided and lab tests already processed are not refundable either. Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Unused, prepaid services are refunded as described below.

1. How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment, or cancel a membership, in any of these ways:

Your notice counts from the time we receive your call, email or message. We confirm every cancellation in writing within one business day.

2. Appointments, Late Cancellations and Missed Visits

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. This applies to consultations, telehealth visits, IV therapy, injections, diagnostic testing and aesthetic treatments.

If RENEWL needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, there is no charge to you, and any prepayment for that visit is refunded in full or applied to a new date, whichever you choose.

3. Services Already Provided

Consultations, telehealth visits, IV infusions, injections, diagnostic scans (such as DEXA and VO₂ max) and aesthetic treatments are not refundable once provided. Results vary from person to person, and dissatisfaction with an outcome is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. If you have a concern about a service you received, contact us; we will review it with you and our medical team.

4. Lab Testing and Diagnostic Kits

5. Prescription Medications and Compounded Preparations

Prescriptions cannot be refunded. For your safety and under pharmacy regulations, prescription medications and compounded preparations cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have been ordered, dispensed or shipped.

6. Memberships and Programs

This section applies to RENEWL memberships and multi-month programs, including the 3–6 Month Weight Loss Membership.

Cancelling within 72 hours of enrollment

You can cancel within 72 hours of enrolling for a full refund, as long as no services have been provided and no prescription has been ordered. If some services were provided, they are deducted at our standard rates.

Not medically eligible

If your provider determines at your initial evaluation that the program is not appropriate for you, we refund the program fee less the cost of the consultation and any lab work or testing already completed.

Cancelling a monthly membership

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice before your next billing date. Your benefits continue through the end of the paid period. Fees already billed are not refunded, and a minimum term of 3 months applies where stated in your enrollment agreement.

Prepaid programs

If you prepaid for a program and cancel after it begins, we refund the unused portion. The refund is the amount you paid, less the value of services already provided at our standard (non-discounted) rates and lab work already processed. Any prescription medication included in the program is not refundable.

7. Packages and Prepaid Series

8. Retail Products

Unopened retail products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Opened products and skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. As required by Michigan law, gift cards do not expire for at least five years from purchase.

10. How Refunds Are Issued

11. Billing Questions and Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@renewllongevity.com or (248) 930-3535. We respond within two business days and will work to resolve the issue. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer; most billing questions can be resolved directly and more quickly.

12. Your Acknowledgment

You are asked to review and accept this policy when you book an appointment, enroll in a membership or program, or purchase a package. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and they do not affect purchases made before that date.
